Sharon Freach is a Managing Director, Global Head of Firm Resilience at Morgan Stanley based in London.  Sharon joined the firm in 1994 as an Associate and has held a variety of positions across Operations and Technology, spending 16 years in New York.

She was named Vice President in 2000, Executive Director in 2006 and Managing Director in 2014.  Sharon earned a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, graduating in 1987 from South Bank University in London. 

She resides in London and Yorkshire, with her husband, Seth, and their son.  In her spare time, Sharon is an avid skier and scuba diver.
