Paul is the Vice President of Product Management at Smarsh, specialising in the implementation of the Enterprise Conduct solution for communication surveillance. He collaborates closely with Financial Services prospects and customers to ensure the extensibility and security of the public cloud architecture, maximising the value derived from the product’s machine learning and natural language processing capabilities.

Previously, Paul served as the Chief Technology Officer for Legal and Compliance at UBS, where he spearheaded the delivery of numerous FinTech and RegTech technologies, including big data platforms, analytics capabilities, and artificial intelligence solutions.

Before his tenure at UBS, Paul worked in various enterprise organisations and tech companies across multiple industries, consistently focusing on unstructured data throughout his career.
