Nick is leading the development of the group approach to operational resilience. Previously, Nick was the EMEA Head of Business Continuity Management with over 15 years of experience in developing and implementing a firm-wide business continuity and crisis management framework. Having started in Operations, Nick has worked closely with business areas throughout his career to ensure the first line requirements are met. He has managed a wide variety of crisis events, including system outages, environmental issues and civil unrest.

Nick is co-chair of the Securities Industry Business Continuity Management Group (SIBCMG) and has supported the development of a number of industry exercises, including Waking Shark, Resilient Shield and SIMEX18.
