Neil is currently the Global Head of FX Control and the Head of International Markets Control at Wells Fargo in London. Working closely with partners across the 3 lines of defence, the team have primary responsibility for ensuring the business operates in a robust risk and control environment.  Prior to Wells Fargo, Neil has spent 30+ years in first and second line risk management and business management roles.
