As a risk transformation officer, Michael collaborates with customers, partners, and internal teams to maximize value on the ServiceNow platform through the context of risk, compliance, and control management. Prior to this role, Michael was ServiceNow’s global head of risk and compliance solution strategy for the financial services industry.

Before joining ServiceNow, Michael was head of international risk governance strategy and transformation within Wells Fargo’s independent risk management function. In this role, he was responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing second line of defense risk and compliance governance structures and programs covering 30+ countries where Wells Fargo operated outside the United States.

Before joining Wells Fargo, Michael was a management consultant at PwC where he helped clients design and build sustainable solutions to manage risk and compliance.

Michael served as a non-commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
