Mark Reed is the Head of the Front Office Supervision and Operational Risk Management team for Societe Generale’s Global Markets in the Americas.  In this capacity, he is responsible for the First Line of Defense, inclusive of the Firm’s supervisory framework, regulatory controls and operational risk management.  Prior to joining Societe Generale, Mark was a Director in PwC’s Capital Markets Management Consulting practice, with a focus on risk management, compliance and broker-dealer supervision.  Mark is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business (MBA) and Colgate University (BA).
