Keith Pearson is the Global Head of Financial Services for ServiceNow, the world’s fastest growing Enterprise Cloud Software Company that enables digital workflows to drive business growth, increase resilience, and enhance employee productivity. He is responsible for Go To Market strategy for operational resilience and focused on helping our customers build and maintain business resilience for their organizations.

Pearson’s experience makes him uniquely qualified as an expert in Resilience for Financial Services including 25 years driving digital transformation in enterprise technology companies. Previously Pearson held leadership roles focused on best practice delivery of operational resilience, regulatory compliance and IT transformation as a Royal Air Force Officer of the United Kingdom and with Lloyds Banking Group and BCS. He founded technology startup, Ignition, where he led implementation, service provisioning and transformation programmes for B2B clients. He holds degrees including an MBA (University of Bath), a MSc (Cranfield University), and a PGCE and BSc (University of Edinburgh).
