Jessica is a Managing Director with Global Risk Analytics at Bank of America, who heads the Financial Crimes Modeling and Analytics Group. Her team is responsible for enterprise-wide financial crimes model development, data science support and ongoing monitoring across all lines of business globally. Jessica joined Bank of America in 2021. Prior to Bank of America, she was the Managing Director and Americas Head of Compliance Data Analytics and Digital Transformation for Société Générale, where she was responsible for the development and optimization of financial crimes, client risk rating and other Compliance models as well as the development and enhancement of Compliance data and technology strategies.

Jessica also serves as the co-dean of the Global Risk Management (GRM) Risk Management College at Bank of America.
