Jeff Loeb
Jeffrey Loeb is the Managing Director, Global Head of Communications Surveillance & Americas Head of Surveillance at Deutsche Bank, he is responsible for executing the Firms Global Communications Surveillance (Voice and Ecomm) strategy for the Investment Bank, Corporate Bank, Asset Management and Wealth Management. Prior to joining DB in October 2017, he was the Global Head of Information Barrier Surveillance, Outside Activities, and Employee Trading Surveillance at Citigroup Global Markets and was responsible for Communications Surveillance in the Americas region. In his role Jeff lead teams Globally to establish the strategy for the various Surveillance programs. Prior to Citi, in December 2013, Jeff worked at Barclays where he held multiple roles including the Head of Americas Investment Banking Compliance and the Global Co-Head of the Control Room. Prior to Barclays, Jeff held roles at different Investment Banks supporting, Investment Banking Compliance and Research Compliance, including managing Conflicts of Interest.
