Isabella Pateman is an experienced risk professional with experience across international banking, enterprise risk management, public and private sectors.

Isabella’s previous roles include Chief Risk Officer for Homes England and Head of Global Banking and Markets Loan Management Unit at HSBC.  Isabella also held a Non-Executive Director position at Sayers the Bakers.

Isabella joined BACB in February 2022 as Chief Risk Officer, with responsibility for guiding the Bank’s business growth strategy from a risk management perspective. Isabella spoke last year at the Libyan Banking Conference on Compliance, Tripoli.
