Irma Gonzalez joined J.P. Morgan in 2014 and is currently the EMEA Head of Surveillance.  Irma is responsible in the region for the Trade Surveillance and Communications Surveillance teams covering the Corporate & Investment Bank and the Asset & Wealth Management businesses. 

Irma has over 15 years of trading floor Compliance experience covering Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities (FICC) Markets at various financial institutions including J.P. Morgan, Macquarie Bank, Barclays and Merrill Lynch.  Irma holds Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business degrees from the Queensland University of Technology.
