Es is the Head of Conduct and Compliance for NatWest Group, she has over 20 years’ experience in the city; including holding SMF16 + SMF17 roles.  She started her career on the KPMG regulatory graduate scheme, then moving onto Credit Suisse, where she undertook a number of roles in Compliance & Financial Crime, including heading up the EMEA KYC team.  Es’ next move was next to UBS where she built out an Operational Risk & Control function in the second line.  Es moved on from UBS to join Deutsche Bank as the European Head of Central Compliance, then moving onto the role of Global Head of Regulatory Change.  Prior to her joining NWG, Es was EMEA Head of Compliance & Financial Crime for CIBC.  Es joined NatWest Markets in January 2019 as the Global Head of Compliance & Financial Crime before moving into her Group role in September 2022.
