Liz is the Global Head of Periodic KYC Reviews for the Investment Bank, and Regional Head of EMEA Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), at UBS. As Global Head she is responsible for KYC reviews production and strategic change programmes in the Investment Bank including operating model, process efficiencies and technology enhancements. Previously working in Management Consulting specializing in strategy and change, she has over 17 years of Financial Services experience within large banks in the United Kingdom and Australia. Through her career Liz has successfully delivered large regulatory remediation programs, relocation/ outsourcing/insourcing initiatives, and roll out/integration of strategic workflow and product systems.
