Elisabeth Salmgren von Schantz is Head of European Surveillance at Nasdaq. She oversees multi-jurisdictional teams responsible for initial listings, surveillance of issuer compliance with laws and regulations as well as the trading and member surveillance teams. Prior to joining Nasdaq, Elisabeth was a partner at the law firm CMS Wistrand in Stockholm focusing on M&A and Capital Markets.
