This encompasses sector and portfolio decarbonisation targets for the Group, and the means by which these targets can be realised – harnessing and improving data quality, modelling projected outcomes and influencing Group strategy. As an expert within Climate Aligned Finance her insights shape products and portfolio management across all business lines, enabling the Bank to engage with clients on their transition to net-zero.

Dia has a record of delivering strategic, data driven transformation across financial services; synthesising macroeconomic trends, geopolitical dynamics and regulatory developments to deliver complex operational change. Dia has a dual-degree in Financial Economics and Environmental Science from the University of Maryland, and a graduate degree in Financial Risk Management from the London School of Economics.
