Devin Cain is a Trial Attorney in the CFTC’s Division of Enforcement, where he is responsible for investigating and pursuing potential violations of the Commodity Exchange Act. He is also a member of the Division’s Environmental Fraud Task Force. Prior to joining the CFTC, Devin spent nearly a decade in private practice at Morvillo Abramowitz Grand Iason & Anello, P.C., and Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP. He also clerked for the Hon. Vernon S. Broderick in the Southern District of New York. Devin received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
