David Churton is the Global Head of Oversight for Morgan Stanley's Compliance and GFC divisions. This role encompasses the Surveillance, Monitoring and Testing teams within Compliance and GFC.  David is based in the UK and was previously Morgan Stanley’s EMEA Head of Compliance.
