Britt joined Natixis in 2014 and is currently an MD and Head of Conduct & Culture EMEA. She developed the conduct risk framework in the Natixis London Branch as well as coordinating the EMEA Conduct & Culture CIB program. She is working in close cooperation with the business lines to embed best practice in line with industry standard.

Prior to taking up the role as Head of Conduct & Culture EMEA Britt spent 26 years as fixed income sales covering UK, Nordics and Benelux. Her career in fixed income started at Long Term Credit Bank of Japan (LTCB) in 1994 and included over 15 years at RBC before joining Natixis.

Britt served as chair of Women in Natixis Network (WINN) for 2.5 years until November 2020 and is still an active member and strong advocate for diversity. She is also a sounding member of the Inclusion & Diversity committee at Natixis.

She earned a Master’s degree in Physics from Norwegian University of Science and Technology and an MBA from Imperial College in London.
